Does temperature affect volume?
Yes. Wine, beer, and cider expand as they warm, roughly 0.02% to 0.03% per degree Celsius near room temperature. On a 10,000 L tank, a 10 °C change is about 20 to 30 L. This converter does not correct for temperature, so compare volumes measured at similar temperatures.
